At Movement Direct Primary Care (DPC) we offer a direct primary care model. This means that patients pay a monthly subscription fee of $50 and a one-time $100 fee.

This subscription fee covers the cost of all office visits, many in-house tests and procedures, including EKG, spirometry, urinalysis and audiometry. Other services are offered at competitive prices.

Our goal is to reduce the need for referrals to specialists.

Out-of-office services may be arranged for locations along the I-5 corridor in Washington at the discretion of our team if needed. Additional fees will be charged for locations outside of Seattle and for home visits.
