At Movement DPC we offer a direct primary care model. This begins with a $100 one-time fee followed by $50 monthly fee.

This subscription fee covers the cost of many in house tests and procedures, including EKG, spirometry, urinalysis and audiometry. Other services are offered at competitive prices.

Our goal is to reduce the need for referrals to specialists.

Visits can take place at locations along the I-5 corridor in Washington at the discretion of our team. Additional fees will be charged for locations outside of Seattle and for home visits.
